This review has two parts: the Gold, and (since I'm a philosopher and a believer in full truth), I'm also going to give the 'Dirt' on Clients on Demand. First the GOLD: This was exactly WHAT I needed WHEN I needed it. There are, I suppose, many techniques out there that will help you connect with clients. But this team does it as well as anyone I know, and more importantly...they do it WITH INTEGRITY. Every person on this team is heart-centered, and is about helping other heart-centered people bring healing, wholeness and growth to this planet. And so it's a perfect set of skills that they have and teach--how to LOVE people and provide a rewarding income for yourself at the same time. I started about a year and a half ago, and decided to invest in myself. I knew that the shadow-work coaching I did was powerful and transformative, but I didn't have the first clue about how to connect with clients, other than through my own network of people, which was not a steady stream--and definitely wasn't enough to support me as I was making a transition at the age of 50 from being a full-time tenured professor to (my desired) full-time coaching. I was nervous to invest in myself the way that I did. But it paid off within six weeks (before the COD program was even completed) and the payoff since then has been exponential since then. I also invested in their Sales-On-Demand program, and that paid for itself quickly as well, and has continued with exponential growth. I started out not even having enough clients to even call it an income, and now, a little over a year after my full launch, -I've had 6-figures revenue last qtr (Jan-Mar--yes, during the pandemic) -I've never felt more within my mission/purpose than right now -I'm helping dozens of people per month have better relationships and be more at peace internally -I'm working from home, and have flexibility -I'm expanding, and just hired three coaches to join my team -I continue to connect to the greater COD community through the facebook group, and in other ways. -the COMMUNITY of COD continues to be an inspiration and a shared education as we all continue staying in touch and sharing our wins and brainstorming ways to navigate our current challenges. THE DIRT Okay..now the part you've been waiting for (or maybe you even skipped to this part). I'm a philosopher, and I don't like to exaggerate. So let me give the FULL TRUTH here-- 1. This does NOT WORK for everybody--(not that they do not promise that it does). They give you the tools and help you with mindset as well (distinguishing factor you probably won't find too many other places). But the fact is, that you get out of it what you put into it. You need to be ready to throw yourself into this and eat, drink, and sleep the trainings--watching them repeatedly, and then some more, and taking risks and stretching yourself. I also set aside my own expertise in my field and came to it with an 'empty cup' ready to learn, ready to be coachable, ready to do what they suggested. 2. Each person who is on this team has DIRT under their fingernails. Huh? Yes, they have not just taken a crash business course from someone else and repackaged it as their own. From the marketing coaches, to the enrollment coaches, to the mindset coaches to the copy coaches--every single one of them has Dirt under their fingernails--they have EXPERIENCE. Each of them has failed--many times. And that's why they are so skilled at what they do. They've done it the hard way and learned from success AND FAILURE. So they can help you learn how to learn from failure as well. Okay, maybe that's not the dirt you were looking for...but it's the dirt that counts, in my book. Dirt from experience. I have two guidelines for whomever I hire, whether it is contractors working on my treehouse, or fitness coaches, or business mentors. 1. They must KNOW what they are doing 2. They must LOVE what they are doing. This team has each in spades.
